Billing Differences Report
We compare the contractor and the insurance estimates to create a detailed analysis outlining the price discrepancies. Included is a review of all photos and paperwork to highlight supporting information for each line-item disagreement.
Pricing:

$0 - $10,000 = $40 Fee

$10,000+ = 1% Fee
The fee is based on the price difference between estimates.
If we created the estimate then the fee drops to .5%.
Custom Scope Sheets
We create custom scope sheets that are designed specifically for your companies’ services. We work with your estimator and/or technician to ensure the scope sheets work for them.
Pricing:

$30 for a simple scope sheet (1-2 pages)

$50 for a complicated scope sheet (Several Pages)
Estimating
We create professional Xactimate estimates for water mitigation and reconstruction projects. Our estimates are detailed to include all work performed on each job to guarantee the contractor is compensated for ALL their hard work.
Pricing:

$0 - $10,000 = $40 Fee

$10,000+ = 1% Fee
The fee is based on the final price of the estimate.
If we do the water estimate then the reconstruction estimate on the same project is a .5% fee.
