We create custom scope sheets that are designed specifically for your companies’ services. We work with your estimator and/or technician to ensure the scope sheets work for them.
Pricing:

Estimating
We create professional Xactimate estimates for water mitigation and reconstruction projects. Our estimates are detailed to include all work performed on each job to guarantee the contractor is compensated for ALL their hard work.
Pricing:

$0 - $10,000 = $40 Fee

$10,000+ = 1% Fee
The fee is based on the final price of the estimate.
If we do the water estimate then the reconstruction estimate on the same project is a .5% fee.
Problem: Contractors would rather spend their time and focus in the field on job sites than in the office processing paperwork. They are skilled at their trade but are less experienced with the Xactimate program and paperwork processing.
